Beat stress at work with meditation
Meditation is one of the best practices for immediate stress relief at work.
A lot of things get you stressed throughout the day; a call from your boss, an annoying co worker, the never ending to do list, pending works and so on.
Meditation will not only help you handle work pressure but also turn stress into success. It will help you to stay motivated and productive.
It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.
However, most of us feel like meditation is just another task on the to-do list.
Yes, you have to allot some time for the practice, but there are actual ways you can make it happen without halting your responsibilities.
Let it happen on your way to work
The best time to relax and not think about your responsibilities is on your way to work. If you are in your car, play a relaxing music, and remember not to think about work. If you take public transportation to work, plug in those earphones.
Be mindful, feel grateful for all the goodness that’s around you and breathe in slow and deep.
Breathing, is the best meditation.
Make it a habit, and it will naturally happen to you later on.
Let it happen when you are stressed
Whenever you feel stressed out, just sit at your desk, close your eyes for a moment, take in few deep breaths and let the frustration out of your mind.
Let that shit go.

Every time you are on a break
Let every time you move out of your desk for a break, be your time to meditate. Walk around and just breathe in the sights and sounds around you. Watch your co workers and your workplace.
Just relax. Everyone around you is working hard too
Gently stretch or move your stiff shoulders, take few deep breaths and refill your body and mind with energy.
After a hard day at work, it’s great to unwind
Sit back for a moment and unwind from the tension and stress of the past several hours.
Go easy on yourself. Whatever you did today, let it be enough.
