Nikita Kahn: Take my dogs out.

NK: Working out.

NK: I put it away when I go to bed.

TG: How do you deal with email?
NK: I dedicate a time once or twice a day to answer my emails. I try not to check my emails every five minutes unless I am expecting an important email.

TG: You unexpectedly find 15 minutes in your day, what do you do with it?
NK: I will try to organize my office.

TG: When was the last time you felt burned out?
NK: One month ago.
