DDB: I’m pretty attached to my phone during the work week, but it’s important to unplug. My husband and I practice something called “Sacred Sundays” every week…no screens, no emails, no texting, no calls, just connecting with each other and being in the moment!
TG: You unexpectedly find 15 minutes in your day, what do you do with it?WT: A quick 15 minutes in our Higher Dose infra red sauna. It boosts the metabolism and helps you sweat out toxins.
