If I was just a teeny bit better at choosing the food I eat over the past 15 years my “Buddha Belly” (as it’s lovingly referred to) would be 10x smaller.

And it’s currently not small.

Not at all smallish.

The cool thing is this: I realized that if I eat better from this moment forward, like starting right now, 50% of the belly girth will be gone in 6 months.

I choose sunflower seeds.

Maybe this is just “wishful eating.”

Anyway, I wish I were a better eater.

A fabulous friggin foodie.

A terribly terrific “two-pack” (I’m not even in the stratosphere for a six-pack).
