Stop Your Needless Worrying

Don’t Engage the Fruitless Thoughts of Your Mind.

Most of the things we worry about serve no purpose in our life.

In fact, worrying doesn’t really serve a purpose. It only seeks to cloud our minds and keep our glasses fogged up. It helps us hide and bury our head in the sands under the pretense that everything is going to be okay if we give it the power to do its work.

But it’s wrong.

You don’t need it to live a great life.

So the next time you find yourself worrying about something ask yourself if it’s really worth it. If it’s not, cast it away. Refuse to let it hold sway over your mind and turn your thoughts towards something more productive.

You are better than your worries. You are better than the self-defeating thoughts in your mind. And you are great just the way you are, if you would only let yourself be for a moment’s time.

Sometimes, a moment is all you need to part the clouds from your mind and see all of the immense beauty that is inside.
