When you’re stressed about work, school, family, friends, relationships, health, or anything else life throws at you, it’s easy to forget to practice self-care. But that’s often the time when it’s most important to take care of yourself — and Twitter has some tips on how to do it.

Last week, #MyTipsForMentalHealth started trending on Twitter, reminding us that we’re not alone in our struggles and of the many ways we can care for ourselves.

Amanda Stafford, who Tweets reguarly about mental health, first started using the hashtag. Quickly, Twitter users from all over the world joined in to share their tips and stories. It’s now heartwarming — and encouraging — when you search the hashtag and scroll through the feed.
