The Fab Five Teeny Tiny Health Shifts

So easy even I can do these.
1. Eat avocado instead of margarine.
2. Sleep 8 hours instead of 6.
3. Reduce stress by meditating instead of local TV news.
4. Exercise for 5 minutes instead of doing nothing.
5. Be around people you love instead of just tolerate.

Microstep: Do these five things daily. Every day. You may not recognize yourself in 6 months.
