Trump announces what he calls the “successor to the obsolete G-7.”

WASHINGTON — In the wake of two momentous summits President Donald Trump has tweeted that he plans to abandon the G-7 in favor of a more “forward-looking” G-4 comprised of North Korea, Russia, Westoros, and the United States.

Trump’s decision came when he realized how much better he liked Kim Jong Un than Justin Trudeau. “I mean, Kim and I really got along,” tweeted Trump. “We could talk man-to-man in ways I could never talk to Trudeau, that poutine-loving backstabber.”

The leaders of the new G-4 will be meeting in North Korea, as soon as Kim builds a hotel large enough for them.

A reporter for CNN asked Kellyann Conway why Trump would include the fictional kingdom of Westoros in his new G-4. “There you go again,” responded Kellyann. “Once again you fail to understand that Trump is using an alternative geography.”

White House staffers and GOP leaders were apparently surprised by Trump’s announcement but promised to work with him. “We look forward to this new world order,” said Mitch McConnell. “Europe is just so 20th century.”
