How to Harness Memories to Become Your Absolute Best Self

I know you are an ambitious person. So I guess that you are always trying to find ways to be your best.

Be your best in your career. In your relationships. About your health and so on. Always trying to find ways to have a full 360° Success.

You already have everything you need to fuel your 360° Success. You just have to remember it and remember to use it.

To be your best in your career

Remember the day when you last felt like you were on the top of the world in your career? It does not matter if you are a business owner or working for somebody else. Just think about that day. Think about that moment when you last thought that were really nailing it.

Think carefully about that moment. What led to that moment? How had you been preparing for this moment? What did you do to be your best? What shaped that moment? Who shared that moment with you? How did you celebrate that moment? Please do not tell me you didn’t celebrate!

What do you need to do now, to have this kind of, or even better, moment again? What do you need to do now, to be your best, now and ongoing?

Use the memory of that moment to energize yourself. Use it to fuel your enthusiasm about developing yourself and growing in your career.

To be your best in your life

Remember the day, or a time in your life, when you last felt like your life couldn’t be better? You were in good health and physically fit. You had loving and nourishing relationships with your family, friends and neighbors. All your bills were paid. All your properties properly insured. And your savings account was in good shape. When everything came together for you to be your best.

Think carefully about this day or this time in your life. Think about how you were taking care of yourself. Think about how you were prioritizing how you used your time. How you used your energy and your money. Think about with whom you were using your time. Think about any support you were getting, from friends, a mentor or a coach.

What do you need to do now, to have this kind of day or days again, and more often? What do you need to do now, to be your best, now and ongoing?

Use the memory of this time in your life to energize yourself. Use it to fuel your enthusiasm about doing the things you are good for yourself. Whether that has to do with your health, your wealth or your relationships.
