Playing board games keep kids away from stress and problems like cholesterol and low blood pressure. These games increase the release of endorphins in one’s body, which leads to overall physical and mental relaxation.

6. Working as a team

They know to realise the value of each and every member of their team and play carefully after taking their strengths and weaknesses into account. A good team player will grow up to be very successful because he will eventually become a good leader as well.

However, you can get the full benefits of these games only when you choose them properly. Most of the games have the time limit mentioned on their boxes. You don’t have to pay too much of attention to this fact because you can customise them as per your kid’s attention span. If your kid is anywhere between four and seven years old, consider buying more of English, Math, colouring and identification cards. This will improve the eye-hand coordination and motor skills of your kid tremendously.
