Yin and Yang

Cherry Blossom at Fuji Volcano: Christine Flynn

I acknowledge the gift of a new day that awaits me and must accept all aspects of the gift…whether it’s birth, death or the lessons learned from being a witness or participant.

I have seen the life on top of a volcano as well as the hellish aftermath of from the lava-fires below…the fact I can and have seen both brings a new appreciation of my role in finding and sharing calm throughout the storms…

The top of one mountain is a stepping stone onto the next. There is ice in fire as well as fire in ice and the journey awaits us all.
