Airbnb is Raising $850 Million

We’re big fans of Airbnb, a darling of the sharing economy. Although it is locked in a bitter fight with policy makers in our hometown of NYC, we believe Airbnb will continue to fundamentally change the way people live and travel.

One year after raising an enormous $1.6 billion round, Airbnb is now raising a $850 million round at a $30 billion valuation. The rocket needs fuel.
