Thunderbird Opinions survey revealed that men and women admire the same things, only differently.

BY ADMIRED QUALITIES:

• Women admire worthy causes and dynamic workplaces (4%) more than men (2%).
• Women admire high integrity more than men (35% vs. 29%).
• Men admire vision more than women (28% vs. 22%).
• Men and women equally admire sustainability and financial performance (8%), although they rank 4th and 5th in order of most admired qualities.
