You guessed it! It’s time for a lil self lovery. Aka masturbation station. Aka clitoral DJ sesh (wicky wicky wick!!). Studies show that orgasms release oxytocin (aka the love hormone) which can help relieve tension, endorphins which can help you sleep, increased blood flow to the brain and a whole bunch of other benefits.
