The THX team is happy to welcome Thijs Maas as an advisor. His knowledge in blockchain, distributed ledger technology, and Law will help THX take a big step forward in terms of token sale, legal documentation, and taxes.
Law and blockchain are just getting to know each other. There are many grey areas to navigate through. That’s why we’re happy to have Thijs on our side.
To say that Thijs is obsessed with law and blockchain is probably an understatement. Thijs spends a chunk of his time writing for the leading tech blog called Hackernoon about all things legal. His topics range from how the SEC is wrong about Ethereum to regulatory enforcement actions.
Let’s talk a little more about Thijs
Thijs has a Bachelor diploma in Global Law and is furthering his knowledge with a Masters diploma in International Business Law. He has experience with various law firms such as Allen & Overy and Holla Advocaten, and is the founder of the Tilburg University Blockchain Association and his own Law and Blockchain Consultancy.
He’s an expert in advising blockchain projects on corporate structure, regulations, and token-economic design. He also keeps a large audience up to date on the regulation of distributed ledger technologies on Law and Blockchain.
