The THX team is happy to welcome Danny de Gier as an advisor — in what will be a leap forward in our compliance processes such as Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
There’s a lot of exciting things happening behind the THX scenes in preparation for our private and public sale. The addition of Danny as a compliance advisor will mean that THX will be able to prevent any financial crime from occurring.
What’s the saying? Prevention is better than the cure.
What’s a DAICO?
Unlike an ICO, this type of token generation provides token holders with control over the distribution of the raised funds. This reduces speculation and provides further insurance for a successful project. More details coming soon.
Let’s talk a little more about Danny
Danny is a University of Manchester postgraduate and completed his diploma in Financial Crime Compliance with a focus on AML, fraud, anti-bribery, and corruption. He spent the last 15 years working for top financial institutions such as ABN AMRO, Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank and IBM, and other IT companies.
He’s an expert in financial crime compliance and is currently the CCO for Coin Metro, one of the largest all-in-one tokenised exchange platforms out there. Danny has also led various cross-border teams in implementing anti-money laundering programmes.
