TryHards drives player acquisition and retention with THX Network ✨🎁

We are excited to announce that TryHards has launched a loyalty program using the THX Network loyalty widget. Tryhards is a competitive, immersive and (most importantly) fun game to play. Its mission is to keep players engaged in a fair and balanced way. They were looking into ways to drive player acquisition and found a great match with what our product is able to offer.

TryHards has set up referral rewards in their Loyalty Widget to incentivize various important conversions in their app and rewarding players that invite others.

Participation in the Box Lottery (a lottery for NFT loot boxes used in the game)
Making a purchase in their shop
Downloading the game

Next to referrals they are using conditional rewards to drive engagement in their social channels. By following their Twitter account, retweeting or liking certain tweets and subscribing to their YouTube channel players can earn points.

TryHards has been with us since they signed up for our private beta which launched in November 2022. Since then we have been working closely on tailoring our product towards the web3 gaming segment.

Usage data is looking very promising and we will make sure to publish a proper business case as soon as we can draw some conclusions regarding the impact on the life-time value of their players.

About Tryhards

TryHards is an NFT-based MOBA action game and metaverse on the Polygon Chain, which aims to combine the best attributes of the blockchain like full ownership of in-game assets in the form of NFTs, with a thrilling action experience and certain aspects of social gaming. Tryhards players can purchase characters (fanatics) and weapon NFTs with the native token, $TRY, which is available on BSC and Polygon Chain.

However, a special aspect of Tryhards is that players can already earn and utilize their NFTs through the Tryhards dApp. Level up your NFTs, refine your crystals and automatically earn TRY with your NFTs. In the dApp players are able to get NFTs by participating in the box lottery or purchasing them from the market
