The spiritual awakening journey is hardly ever taken in a straight line. It’s a journey of twists and turns, going up, then crashing down, going back, and coming forth. It’s a journey of learning to unlearn, becoming to unbecoming, and believing to not believing everything you hear. It’s a journey of not knowing where the path is leading to trusting you're being led, but still, many remain asleep through it all.

Many people remain spiritually unawakened and maybe it’s because this is the lifetime where they rest because being awake is hard work. There is nothing easy about it.

When life is going great, the unawakened enjoy their sleep, but when the time comes, they get shaken awake and all of a sudden, they can’t believe their eyes.

They can’t believe what they’ve slept through and so they must tell the story.

The storyteller has woken up to reality as it truly is. Eyes are wide open because the scales have fallen off. The veil has been removed and they can see it all so clearly. They see all the time wasted but they see it’s not too late. They begin to learn and ask questions.
