Why Hurt People Hurt People

I love it when movies and TV shows reveal hidden truths and things not often discussed.

I finally just finished watching “Prison Break,” and one character that I found to be really interesting is T-Bag.

T-bag was in jail for terrible crimes, including molesting and raping children. On the outside, that’s all we see: a terrible, terrible human being but what many people miss about him is that he was traumatized when he was only a little boy.

His father was molesting him.

I know it's just a TV show but if it was real, I would say T-bag was chosen for greatness, but the enemy turned him against himself.

In the show, T-Bag is portrayed as highly intelligent, with the potential for greatness. However, his childhood trauma twisted his life, turning him into someone demonic.

You see, everything that happens in this life happens for a reason, even the traumas we face as children. They are not without reason.

The direct correlation between trauma and being chosen

The enemy of God is the chosen one’s adversary and has an undying interest in anyone who God wants to use. The moment all of Heaven starts giving a person attention, the adversary starts paying attention.

When there is a prophecy upon your life; when there is greatness inside of you, the adversary will be after you, but it’s never really about you. No. It’s bigger than you.

It’s about what’s upon you — what’s inside.

It’s about God’s program on the Earth and your contribution to it.

Traumatizing experiences is a part of the chosen one’s destiny. Think Jesus, Moses, Joseph, T-bag, myself, you probably, etc.

If a person recognizes that they have a calling on their lives, they will grow up to expand the Kingdom of God. They will undo the devil’s work and so the adversary finds them while they’re young, traumatizes and breaks them repeatedly to prevent them from growing up to become who they are called to be.

Before we’re born, God knows our potential.

The purpose of breaking and traumatizing the chosen one while they are young is to train them to become not what God created them to be, but what the adversary would rather have them become.

Why do you think hurt people hurt people? Bullied people bully people? Abused people abuse people? Molested people molest people? Rejected people reject people. Offended people offend people, etc.?

Think about it.

Trauma is the breeding ground for demons

When a person is being traumatized and suffering, they may attract demons and if they do not heal, they will get to where they must act like a demon in order not to be hurt anymore.

And this is exactly what the adversary wants — for the chosen one to become demonic.

If the person that’s traumatizing them keeps hitting them, then they eventually learn to fight.

The one who is getting bullied starts to bully.

The abused grows up to abuse others and the child who was molested ends up molesting other children or sexualizing themselves just to understand what was being done to them.

T-Bag became the bad guy, but he likely began molesting other children to regain a sense of power and control after experiencing his own abuse. The chosen one may become a hurt person, hurting people if they don’t heal.

The time has come for us to know.

Resist the devil and he will flee, but you can't resist what you do not know. You need to know the strategies and the schemes of the adversary so you can see these things play out in your life and in the lives of those you care about.

If you’ve ever felt that something happened in your childhood that is not quite right, my new book, “I Am Who I Am” is for you. If you deal with demonic oppression, sleep paralysis, generational curses, encounters with the incubus/succubus demon spirits of the nighttime, and other spiritual warfare, this book will guide you.

I will be honest.

This may not be the easiest read.

This isn’t a message intended to appease the masses or provide comfort. It doesn't tell you that you are the “chosen one” and boost your ego. No. It doesn’t pander. Rather, this is an urgent message for the one chosen to lead their people out of the darkness.

You will be shocked. You may shed tears. You will feel angry. You will squirm in your seat. You will face shadows in the voids of your soul and you will call out to the Divine to help you see beyond what you can see.

Are you ready to see?

Then join me as we undo the devil’s work and expand the Kingdom of God.
