𝗔 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱-𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵

■ Leading the Change in the fourth industrial revolution.

■ The industry is transforming & Transformation is hard.

■ Manufacturers are accelerating digital transformation using an integrated approach, and applying emerging technologies ranging from IoT, AI, Cloud, and Automation to achieve new levels of Agility, Efficiency, Quality, and Sustainability.

■ Change is the only constant and we are bound to face it at an unpredicting rate of recurrence.

■ In this context, Most organizations today recognize that the business landscape is changing and if they want to survive, they need to welcome change.

■ The most influential and persistent factor that has brought about considerable transformation has been the rise of digital technology and digital transformation.

■ This digital transformation has been the foremost trigger of change, leading to the rise of new disruptive businesses.

■ Again, companies know that they need to transform and work in a more agile way.

■ But the problem is the creation of isolated agile delivery teams unsupported by a wider organizational action plan.

■ Implementing agile at the individual team level is relatively easy but the real challenge is extending it across multiple teams in a large organization. In other words, implementing agile at scale.

■ And implementing agile at scale requires a holistic agile strategy, which means, leading the agile by being agile.

■ We can not implement it with a static change management program. Implementing agile at the organizational level requires an agile approach.

■ Consumer demand has become hyper-personalized, which means more manufactured goods variants, reduced lot sizes, and more frequent changeovers for manufacturers.

■ Design, manufacturing, sales, supply chain, and support must be able to rapidly adapt for embracing change.

■ Utilize new practices like design thinking and agile to scientifically move forward from ideas to prototypes to scaled implementations and delivery.

■ 2. Collaborate and Cocreate by partnering across the ecosystem to expand your market and grow revenue.

■ 3. Grow the business by entering adjacent markets to create new revenue streams.
