Tiankii at LaBitconf special edition in El Salvador

On November 15, bitcoin week started in El Salvador. The country became the focal point of Bitcoin lovers with the celebration of the ninth edition of LaBitconf.

An event of great importance where ideas are presented that help improve the bitcoin ecosystem in Latin America and the rest of the world. Where great financial experts and investors from the world of digital currencies collaborated.

Norttech participated as a jury and mentor in LaBitconf.

The Tiankii Pay team together with its CEO, Darvin Otero, were mentors and judges at the Hackathon, a contest where more than 300 developers and makers from 23 different countries competed.

The challenge of this year’s Hackathon was to create the best Bitcoin-based banking product that can be used by Banco Hipotecario de El Salvador to better adapt bitcoin and adjust to the new economic reality.
