U.S. permanent claims on Assad bloody regime and atrocities of the Syrian 'moderate' opposition make us feel cognitive dissonance. Why does Washington keep helping terrorists despite any disgusting facts on them?

In 2013 there was published a video of a very 'moderate' fighter for freedom & democracy in Syria & all over the Universe who cut out Assad’s soldier’s heart & ate it. 'The torch of free & unbiased mass media' (homeric laughter here) CNN claimed it 'an isolated incident’. Two years later, in summer 2016 there was published another video with even much more 'moderate and democratic' anti-Assad Nour al-Din Zenky Movement directly & openly supported by the U.S. government. As you may see, those 'moderate' Zenky’s bastards beheaded a 12 y.o. Palestinian boy Umran Daqneesh in Aleppo whose last wish was to be shot but not decapitated. That atrocity was called 'an individial error’. Again. Later Washington stopped supporting Nour al-Din Zenky. Allegedly. Officially. I let you decide by yourselves whether spending American taxpayers' money Obama administration financed, trained & armed 'moderate' fighters against the 'bloody dictator' Bashar al-Assad or just terrorists & beasts with neither Muslim nor common moral limits. If any of you, guys, dare to justify such atrocities, I really wish you such freedom fans in YOUR OWN neighborhood and as close to your own children as possible. And one day there will be your own children asking to be killed by gun but not beheaded.

And here is the final 'cherry' for that bloody 'pie'. You see, in the aftermath of Saddam Hussein’s 1991 attempt to annex Kuwait the U.S. deliberately destroyed much of Iraq’s water and sewer infrastructure. The Pentagon even admitted on its website these acts would lead to mass outbreaks of disease. These were certifiable war crimes under international law. After Saddam’s defeat the U.S. also imposed widespread sanctions on his regime that included preventing necessary medicines from reaching Iraq. Hundreds of thousands of Iraqi citizens perished as a result. In an infamous interview in 1996 Madeleine Albright, then the Secretary of State, was asked to justify the deaths of 500,000 children. She defended these atrocities by saying “I think this is a very hard choice but we think the price is worth it.” As twenty-one years have elapsed since Albright uttered her rationalization of this vicious barbarity it has been virtually “disappeared” from the collective memory of Americans. But as you may see, it is far from being the only fact. Acting as terrorists — supporting terrorists... Nothing surprising, isn't it?..
