1. Make Your Own Club
At tiket.com, all t-fams can create their own clubs and communities funded by the company. We currently run several employee-created and governed social and sport clubs under MENPORA & MENDIKBUD tiket.com to build communities and activate people networking. Popular clubs namely Basketball, Futsal, Aerobics, Chess, E-Sports, Badminton, Runners, Yoga and more run on a regular basis. Annually, each club nominates their own committee and president through an open election participated by the club members. There are also awards to recognize the most innovative and engaged club of the year.
2. People CSR Programs: Tix Clean Up
In line with our commitment to preserve our tourist hot spots, we hold quarterly People CSR events called ‘Tix clean up’ to open the opportunity for t-fam to give back to the community. We occasionally take our employees to beautiful places in Indonesia and do a site clean up to protect the environment. For the past one year, we have held three Tix Clean ups in Jakarta, Bali, & Yogyakarta, partnering with local NGOs such as Trash Hero Indonesia and Waste4change International to recycle our collected wastes.
3. The Playground
At tiket.com, we value people’s diversity not solely based on gender, race, job title, or age. But diversity is about having different experiences, expressions, preferences, and point of views. Introducing Playground Session by t-fam! A community platform where we celebrate diversity. An interactive playground where people can truly be themselves.
At the Playground, t-fams meet, play, and network with people across the company to share their hobbies, life experiences, and interests. Since first launched in June 2020, we have hosted nine playground sessions involving hundreds of t-fams engaging with topics related to K-Drama, men’s grooming, alien talks, to saving endangered whales in the eastern Indonesia’s sea and many more. 4. BURKET (Bulan Olahraga & Kesenian tiket)
In the spirit of collaboration, we annually hold an inter-department series of sporting competitions held to promote team comradery called BURKET (Bulan Olahraga & Kesenian tiket). This multi-sports Olympics is held for one full month holding several team sports such as Badminton, Futsal, Basketball, Arm wrestling, Ping Pong, Chess, Foosball, Mobile Legends, DotA, Trivia, and Art Competitions. This occasion empowers everyone to meet and sweat for victory!
5. T-Vest: Tiket.com Investment Club
Are you interested in the stock exchange? Property investment? Or even Trading? This is the perfect community for you! T-Vest is an employee-run Investment Club where you can learn new knowledge and share your experiences about smart investment with other t-fams. T-Vest runs Bi-weekly free to join seminars and financial workshops to keep your financial wellbeing healthy and network with others.
