Schedule your Outfit for the day beforehand: This will definitely help you because sometimes business professionals end up spending 15–20 minutes a day searching and thinking what combination of clothes will look the best for a specific working day. So you can think over this while eating, or when you are commuting to/from work.

2. Have a schedule of your meetings handy: Many times businessmen who don’t have an assistant tend to forget some of the meetings they have for the day and end up missing it and rescheduling it. Its better if you have it handy, so you wont have to spend your time again on that same meeting.

3. Organize your documents: This is very important for any person who likes to manage his/her time well. No one likes to find a piece of important document in a stack of useless papers. For successful Time Management you have to you have to learn the skill of organizing things.
