My wife (Brooke) and I have been taking stabs at articulating the way we see the problem at our budding startup, OnPrio. Thanks for naming what is at stake: Agency. Also love the idea to dramatically expand the notion of ergonomics. This touches huge on our efforts to design a calendar that is actually designed around a human (and not stuck in a square).
