I started my career as a Brand designer. Then I had my interests in UI/UX and then illustration. But illustration is a different game because to illustrate a pose one must know the anatomy, construction lines and a lot of deep techniques of art.

When I was struggling to draw proper anatomy I use to dream that if someone could share their process of illustration so that I could easily understand. So I want to start from myself. Sharing what I do when I illustrate.

In Timeless, we have been working on a project to represent a Project manager’s lifestyle. I am going to share how I did the Project manager’s yoga illustration https://dribbble.com/shots/6126609-Project-Manager-s-Yoga

01 — Sketch — The pose has to represent a tick as the project manager always love to see a tick in his card.

02 — Lines — I created overlapping lines on the image.

03 — Cleanup — Cleaned up the vector lines to full shapes.

04 — Colors-

05 — Iterations

06 — Shading & Post Production

Hope it is useful!
