Earlier we discussed Bob Lazar’s story, where he mentioned that no wiring and no electric circuits were found on board of the craft he described, and neither electromagnetic nor heat radiation was coming from this craft engine. Here we will address Dr. Kevin Knuth’s report about car-engine-starting problems in vicinity of UFOs, and even after UFOs left, some cars still had ignition problems:

The same applies to his discussion of David Barnett’s, the sonar operator of New Zealand frigate HMNZS Southland, report on USO (Unidentified Submerged Object) encounters, when batteries of the ship were drained:

Reason is very simple: permittivity of space is proportional to the square of time dilation (check chapters 65, 66: ε~D²). What does it even mean? And how does that affect electric circuits? When we discussed Bob Lazar’s story, we started with an analysis of frozen candle anecdote in chapter 13, which exposed time dilation being used for powering such crafts. Slowing time around the craft causes increase of space permittivity, which is space electric capacitance — ability to hold an electrical charge. How does that affect elements of the ignition circuit? A capacitor’s capacitance increases and voltage decreases. Increase in permittivity causes decrease in space permeability (magnetic property, which is inversely related to permittivity). That decreases the inductance of inductors (such as the ignition coils), and their voltage/power decreases as well. Increase in permittivity, specifically as dielectric property of space in a spark plug gap, will require increase of voltage/power for discharge to happen. But, as we have seen already, voltage in the circuit drops. Thus, no more sparking! And the whole circuit is out of sync — parameters of all elements of the circuit changed. Now, about batteries’ drainage: the increase in capacitor’s capacitance might drain batteries (by pulling more electricity out). With spark plugs not discharging, but fuel still being injected into combustion chambers, fuel might flood these chambers. That might be a mechanical reason for pistons not going through non-compressible liquid.
