Confluence

Confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers, Leh.
It was an amazing experience to see the green water of the Indus mixing with the blue water of the Zanskar river which was flowing from glaciers high up in the mountains. We followed the river down for the next three hours, visiting small villages monasteries and then climbing finally back to Lamayuru.
