It could be because of the research I had to do for the VR project I was working on with my brother. I hadn’t delved into any physics topics in a while but I’m pretty sure I’ve not been fascinated by many the way this one fascinated me.

It could also be because it reminds me that everybody and everything is going through something different. Reminds me to empathize and that everything is relative. Even that which I erroneously thought was universally constant; time.

It could be because I’m a pretentious half nerd. I’m the kind of nerd that’s nerdy enough for most people; they often don’t understand what programming rubbish I’m talking about. But I’m not nearly smart enough to be a true nerd, the guys who discover and pinpoint ways to calculate the exact differences in the flow of time for bodies under different conditions. I don’t think I’m even close. However, it makes a great conversation starter and people think I’m smarter because of it.

I personally think it’s all three. 😊
