Moving Towards the Decentralized AI World, Get Closer to KIP Protocol

KIP Protocol is a decentralized Web3 underlying protocol focused on AI, built for AI app developers, model creators, and data owners. As the foundational layer of AI in Web3, it needs to consider aspects such as models, applications, and product nature during the development of a series of AI products. When it comes to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology, this is actually a pioneering technical attempt by KIP Protocol. KIP Protocol is not only the world’s first Web3 protocol supporting decentralized RAG solutions but also a pioneer in technological innovation. RAG, as a complex technology of generative AI, allows AI models to generate answers that were never trained and stored by retrieving data information from external knowledge bases and databases. It’s like an intelligent assistant that can find the needed answers from external data while comprehensively ensuring data security and privacy.

Julian Peh also pointed out that by embedding a decentralized RAG framework, KIP Protocol builds a decentralized environment that controls the value created by AI, providing a relatively fair competition and operating platform. This dissolves the inherent monopoly phenomenon of AI technology and avoids the issues of data control and privacy rights transfer caused by various external powers.

Exploring KIP Protocol’s Full-Process Operation Mode

In fact, besides the advantages of the RAG technical architecture, KIP Protocol also solves the problems of data interoperability on-chain and off-chain, revenue realization, and digital property protection for AI model creators, app developers, and data owners during project operations in the technical research process. He explained how to use block resource managers and smart contracts to interact, manage, identify, register, and serve, carrying out task execution processes for application and dataset creation and operation. Jason also briefly explained the concept and principle process of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications, showing how mastering the basic functions of database information retrieval can make user information extraction and analysis more convenient and easier.

Fast Deployment, Multi-Functional Development

To achieve the goal of safe transactions and monetization, KIP Protocol continues to explore true knowledge on the path of model applications. Recently, KIP Protocol has partnered with Open Campus to launch the AI digital campus education platform called Open Campus U (OCU). On this platform, each user’s knowledge asset is the key to unlocking the campus university knowledge, covering all possible textbooks and course learning resources. Through tokenized applications linked to the knowledge key, it provides reference answers for multiple-choice and even open-ended questions. In fact, the “Open Campus Platform (OCU)” is a high-quality case of decentralized architecture operation.

Julian Peh further added about the Key Protocol Framework’s functionality in achieving rapid deployment, quick connection, and asset monetization. By injecting more Web2 function suites into the Web3 world, the entire decentralized AI space will become more humanized and liberalized, facilitating the creation and output of open-source model products. Products in some backend, infrastructure, and node audit aspects have already appeared in KIP Protocol.

Despite the pleasing progress in project technology, the market opportunities for decentralized AI are still not clear enough. KIP Protocol is actively seeking more partners to jointly create an innovative and interesting new world of AI, helping startup projects in the same field (mostly computing power partners) capture development opportunities. “Our goal in expanding cooperation opportunities is to achieve further expansion of the decentralized AI landscape.
