I love Campania white, especially Fiano. But today is another grape variety that is Greco di Tufo Cutizzi 2016 from Feudi di San Gregorio. Balsamic notes of exotic fruits, underbrush and mint. The acidity is quite sharp underlying pear and distinctive volcanic minerals. Very fresh and aromatic wine can stimulate you to eat sushi, but unfortunately it is lacking the overall balance for the wine in this category.
