Small handful fresh mint (about 10 leaves)
1 cup ice cubes
Sugar (according to taste)
1/4 cup apple juice
1/3 cup vodka (optional)
2 red apple slices, for garnish
Mix 2 spoons of sugar in cold or hot water and make a sugar syrup. (Sugar mixes fast in hot water)
Add more sugar if required.
In a tall glass, crush the mint leaves with a muddler. Top with the ice, sugar syrup, apple juice. Garnish with red and green apple slices and serve. Add vodka to make a cocktail.
