As the Director of Brand for BRNT Group, a design house that develops products and brands in the recreational cannabis space, Ally was looking for a better digital way to deliver product education.

She also couldn’t travel to visit sales reps, talk about her brand, and showcase the uniqueness of their product in person.

Why?

It was 2020. During the pandemic.

BRNT Group chose to work with the team at TIQ Software, creators of Quickify AI, to help her build a complete product training site to deliver cannabis product education to a target audience of 300 retail associates across Canada.

With Quickify AI, BRNT Group achieved:

Challenge

Ally started searching for a website developer.

An agency or studio that could build a microsite with a login portal, landing pages to deliver her brand and marketing materials, product videos, and bite-sized interactive training modules to engage her audience.

She was quoted $80,000 for a content managed website, no content, and no training modules — she’d have to build everything on her own.

It was too expensive. It would take 6–8 months to launch.

The retail launch of BRNT Group’s “MadeBy” product line required product and brand education for hundreds of floor staff across dozens of stores — quickly, effectively, and in 2020, 100% online.

Solution

With only 30 days to launch, Ally used Quickify AI to deliver:

  • Brand story: deliver elements of the MadeBy brand story and technical product knowledge using interactive media, activities and scenarios.
  • Marketing and sales materials: create an easily accessible repository where retailers can find supporting marketing collateral, administrative documents, videos, and book one-on-one support.

Here’s how it works…

Step 1: Email Campaign — Ally sends one email to her intended retail audience using an email newsletter (Mailchimp) with a link to her TIQ project — one link that works on any device.

Step 2: Portal — once a retail associates click or tap on the link, they create their own account and login.

Step 3: Home Screen — next, associates choose either the BRNT brand or the MadeBy product courses.

Step 4: Interactive Courses— the MadeBy module walks the associate step-by-step through a series of interactive media, activities and scenarios on how to understand and sell the product.

Interactive Module delivers brand onboarding, history, values, mission, etc.

Step 5: Analytics — Ally reviews the performance of the program in real time using her Quickify AI Dashboard.

Instant insights in real time shows program performance and content intelligence.
