How Does This Work?
We’ll I’m so glad you asked. Here’s how to personalize your ticket email in 3 easy steps
Firstly, select the event you would like to personalize the ticket email for.
For clarity, the ticket email is the confirmation email that your attendees receive AFTER they’ve registered (or paid) for your event.
Secondly, click ‘edit ticket email’.
Thirdly, enter in the custom message you would like to include in your ticket email and click save.
And that’s it! Every attendee who registers or buys a ticket for your event will receive the same custom message. That’s high reward for something that’ll take you less than two minutes!
