Introducing Payment Notifications

One of the recurring feedback that we got from our users was not knowing when they got paid or which transactions were included in the payment they had received. Which is a very valid concern.
If you’ve received any emails from us regularly, like sale notifications, orders, welcome emails etc, you would have noticed that we recently redesigned our emails 😉. As part of that sprint, we added a very important new email which is the payment notification.
What Does This Mean For You?
Whenever you receive your weekly settlement from us, you will also receive an accompanying email that says:
- how much was paid,
- how many tickets were sold,
- and where we paid you
It’s as simple as that and the email will look like this:
