We’ve made it easier for you as the event organizer to communicate with your attendees.

Before you had to navigate to your orders, export your guest list as a CSV, copy and paste the emails, paste it into your email client, and then type your email and send it.

That was truly cumbersome and.

Now, you can email your attendees right within the tix.africa web app!

How Do I Access Email Attendees?

1. Log in to your tix.africa account via the web
2. Select the particular event you want to message attendees
3. Select Orders
4. Select email attendees
5. Enter the message you want to send

Ps. you can send an email to all attendees or a particular attendee

You can even send a test email to yourself to see how it’ll all come together before you send the real thing. Lovely, isn’t it?

Here are some ways in which you can use the email attendees feature

1. Remind guests of the start time/date of the event
2. Share teleconferencing meeting details with attendees
3. Follow up with attendees to provide pre-event information
4. Thank attendees for attending your event
5. Share a post-event survey with attendees
