Finding a Ticket to a Sold-Out Event
If you’re after a ticket to a sold-out event then chances are there are others waiting, too. For the best chance at getting a ticket, we recommend the following:
1: Log in to your Tixel account through our website and save your payment details by clicking ‘Credit Card’ from the drop down menu so you are ready to go when a ticket comes up
2: Click ‘Notify Me’ on the event page
3: ‘Like’ our Facebook page, then, using Facebook Messenger, send ‘Notify Me’ and the name of your event to Tixel. Make sure to keep an eye out for notifications — it’s first in first served through Messenger, and even if you have started the buying process, the ticket is not yours until you receive email confirmation.
