Tixl Pre-Sale sold out, what’s next?

*** Update: In a token split done in 2020, MTXLT became TXL with a split ratio of 1:1,000. The MTXLT mentioned in this article migrated to TXL.***

🙏 First of all, we would like to thank all our investors for the amazing support during this exciting stage of the project. Seeing so much interest in our project confirmed us again that Tixl can become one of the next top cryptocurrencies.

We want to address several topics and share different information in this blog post:

  1. Pre-Sale Statistics
  2. Update on the Binance DEX Proposal
  3. Plan for the Upcoming Weeks
Chart 1) Currencies used in the Pre-Sale

Overall 547 investors purchased Tixl tokens 616 times. As chart 1 shows, BTC and ETH were by far the leading contribution methods. XLM, EUR, and XRP are pretty much equal and have not been used that much.

Another interesting value is the average amount invested, measured in USD. On average MTXLT 40.41 for USD ~808.20 has been ordered per purchase.

The highest amount of MTXLT ordered in one purchase was MTXLT 2,143 which equals USD ~42,860.

As you could read in our last Medium update we are currently proposing for a listing on Binance DEX. We are receiving questions regarding the progress on that daily. All we can say about it is that we don’t have any feedback regarding our proposal yet and we will notify all of you as soon as we know more. However, with this update, we want to disclose a plan and also a fallback-plan.

  1. In case Binance DEX approves our proposal, Tixl will be doing an IDO starting very soon after the approval. The IDO would only be executed in a very short time-frame. Right after the IDO, Tixl would be listed and tradable on Binance DEX.
  2. In case Binance DEX rejects our proposal with reasons that can be fixed on our side, we will still finally switch from Stellar to Binance Chain. So the token would then be distributed on Binance Chain but without a listing on Binance DEX. That means that tokens would already be in circulation but no tradable (besides private/OTC trades). We would then try to fix the reasons for rejection and propose for a listing again as soon as we are prepared. In case the following proposal would succeed, step 1 would apply thereafter.
  3. In case Binance DEX rejects our proposal with reasons we can not fix, e.g. something like “No Listing for Privacy Coins”, we will stay on Stellar and distribute tokens on the Stellar platform thereafter. We would then try to find another exchange for doing an IEO.

So what is the timeline on that? We will post a decision and a token distribution date not later than July 10, 2019.

There are four focus topics for the upcoming weeks.

Fundraising & Exchange Listing: As follows from the Binance Dex Proposal Update we have to focus on the token sale and exchange part of the project for the next three weeks. This will cost our team most of their time.

Prototype/Testnet: After the token sale and exchange listing stuff is done, we will jump into a period of hardcore prototype coding. Our goal is to provide a solid testnet for Tixl as soon as possible. During this time we will provide updates regarding the prototype development as often as possible.

Community Support: At the moment, we are doing community support by ourselves. That is time-consuming but from our point of view important for the startup phase of this project. Nevertheless, as soon as we jump into the prototype coding stage, we need every minute on it. That means we must have a structure for the community support. Besides the fundraising, we will invest some time over the next three weeks to define a process of how we want to support our community. Our current idea will involve the community itself by starting a community bounty program. Also, to not answer the same questions multiple times, we might provide weekly Q&As on YouTube. A smart solution for the community support will be announced also latest on July 10, 2019. Until then, we will try our best to be available to you and to answer your questions. Please bear with us if we need a little longer to respond. We are not always in the same timezone.

A big thank you to all the people who helped us with the support. A special thank you goes to crypto s (amising6) and MMP (mmpopa) and leviathanatos.

Accounting: This is not a major topic for the upcoming weeks but we wanted to mention it anyways. Properly documenting all the transactions is one of our tasks for the next weeks before the prototype coding as well. As you all know, we are a German gGmbH and that means we need a proper accounting for all expenses and token sale purchases. Actually, that is also good for all of you because at the end of the year we have to publish our balance sheet to the German “Handelsregister” where it will be available to the public.

Stay tuned and let’s rock 🎸
