TNC IT Group has taken the next step to execute a pioneering mass-scale merge in lined to its mission to unite the crypto world. TNC has unveiled the team that has been appointed to represent our group to over 500 blockchain companies worldwide — the TNC M&A Team.
CEO of TNC Bruce Jeong and Co-Founder Ethan Lee have appointed the people to facilitate the M&A procedure after long and thorough deliberation. The M&A Program has concluded its due-diligence stage, wherein the group successfully gathered over 100 advisors, appraisers, and partner companies combined. The group has also announced the commencement of the M&A Program in various blockchain and crypto media.
On this blog, we introduce the TNC M&A Team. Meet the people behind the scenes who will make TNC’s vision become a reality.
TNC M&A Team Responsibilities
The M&A team has been assigned as TNC’s respondents to all merger-related activities. TNC has entrusted the revolutionary M&A project to a capable and competitive team that will help drive TNC’s mission to reality.
The M&A Team comprises of the following members: Executive Director, Jason Jang; M&A Director, Maria Martins; Marketing Manager, Vijaychandar Dharmaraj; and Marketing Coordinator, Rosa Moon.
Along with them are assigned legal M&A, together they are in charge of the activities encompassing the M&A process, from consultation, application submission, legal coordination, to officially signing of M&A contracts.
The team is responsible for M&A inquiries and have been reaching out to several companies globally to introduce the program. Rosa Moon, as the coordinator will be active alongside Jason Jang as TNC’s M&A key contact persons.
Meet the M&A Team
The M&A Team seized the opportunity to be part of this grand project that crosses borders in the crypto and blockchain industry. Each person has responsibly laid their offering on the table along with their enthusiasm and grit to deliver. Jason along with the other members is just ecstatic to be part of TNC’s vision company that will spearhead a global mass-scale M&A Program.
Mr. Jang confidently took the leadership role in the program because he believes in the project’s vision and potential. He is also optimistic about imparting knowledge and business strategy to build-up the M&A Team as forerunners in the industry.
Meanwhile, Rosa has also expressed her gratefulness in being part of an international team and a well-suited role to fully utilize her skills in international relations, as the project allowed her to reach out and build relationships with more than 500 blockchain companies all over the world.
Maria and Vijay complete the M&A Team. They have made valuable contributions to planning and digital marketing, spreading the news around the world and targeting the right companies to be one part of the M&A Program. According to Maria,
