By the way, if a certain therapist insists that retraumatization during treatment is inevitable (or even necessary), run away from such a psycho-the-rapist! This is simply unprofessional and happens because of subconscious or overt sadistic tendency.

Meditation is a safe, enjoyable, and powerful way to normalize the nervous system, this was proven by a number of scientific observations. Meditation is good for healing from chronic fatigue syndrome, OCD, anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, and (even) depression and BPD. It is not recommended for patients with schizophrenia. However, there are types of meditation that are safe for everyone:) For example, gardening. And cooking. It’s very hot now, so it’s time to make homemade yummy ice cream. It’s VERY simple and quick to prepare, it takes only a few minutes! During cooking, focus on what you are doing (since you will cook all this for the first time, you will😊 While you are preparing the delicious ice cream, at the same time doing dynamic meditation with concentrating on your actions, you stop chewing on usual “mental chewing gum” “how could they do this to me” and so on. A similar recovery happens if you cook something familiar: you fall into a relaxing healing trance. As a result, your brain, nervous and hormonal systems get a break. Your brain begins to form new healthy neural connections instead of the usual ones associated with past trauma (scientifically proven: the formation of new neural connections occurs at any age!)

Just try it and write in the comment the result: how tasty it was and how much better you felt after spending a few minutes on this simple and pleasant cooking meditation😊

So here are the recipes:

2 minutes, 3 ingredients, and you’ll get The Best Vanilla Ice Cream!

Mix 2 cartons of heavy cream (about 1 liter or 32–34 oz. Or 4 cups) with 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla (but it’s not necessary.) Whip the mixture to soft peaks (about 1 minute). The peaks look like on the photo, but more liquid, gentle (here stiff peaks are shown):

Don’t over whip! Otherwise, you will get butter :) Put the mixture into a container and leave it in the freezer for a couple of hours.

For a sugar-free option, whip 2 cartons of heavy cream to soft peaks and mix with 2 tsp vanilla and liquid monk fruit extract. We used erythritol before, it tastes like sugar, but then it turned out that erythritol causes clots in the vessels! Stevia has a bitter taste, and xylitol has a laxative effect;)

Very tasty with fresh blueberries or strawberries (we have our own, we grow them in the backyard😊

Because strawberries top the American Dirty Dozen for pesticides and other harmful stuff. So we decided to grow our own organic ones instead of toxic, the same with apricots, nectarines, cherry, and blueberries. We get 2 cups of strawberries daily after just a month of planting! We also grow raspberries, currants, boysenberries, mint, basil, dill, bock choy, parsley, beets. If you live in climate zones 9–10, share what else edible grows well in such conditions (we have up to +49C/120F in summer.)

3 minutes, 3 ingredients and a very tasty Mint Ice Cream!

Add chopped fresh mint or mint essence to ice cream number one. You can also add crushed milk/dark chocolate (there are 2 options in the photo: with dark chocolate and fresh mint + with essence and milk chocolate. Both are excellent!)

For the sugar-free option, whip 2 cartons of heavy cream to soft peaks and mix with liquid monk fruit extract and 2 tsp mint essence or chopped fresh mint.

2 minutes and Superman Ice Cream (for men, increases potency😊)

Add beet juice or pomegranate juice and chopped walnuts to number 1 ice cream.

For the sugar-free option, whip 2 cartons of heavy cream to soft peaks and mix with liquid monk fruit extract and walnuts. You can add a few tablespoons of any unsweetened juice.

2 minutes, 2 ingredients and Dolce Vita Ice Cream — amazingly delicious!

Combine 2 cartons of heavy cream with 1 can of dulce de leche and whip until soft peaks. It’s like “salted caramel”, only without salt (I don’t like the taste of salt in many purchased sweets and the abundance of salt is harmful.)

For the sugar-free option, whip 2 cartons of heavy cream to soft peaks and mix with liquid monk fruit extract with caramel flavor.

5 minutes and Virgin Piña Colada Ice Cream (beware: addictive!)

I’m indifferent to pineapples. And I don’t like coconut milk at all. But what an amazing taste you get if you mix 2 cans of coconut milk (you need to keep it overnight in the fridge so that the milk thickens. Whip it like heavy cream) and 1 can of pineapples (you can also take a package of frozen pineapples. Pineapples need to be chopped in a blender)! It’s just some kind of trauma bond: it’s impossible to break away and you want more and more :) It’s a joke, guys! But the ice cream is really VERY good. Like a mini-holiday or an exotic tropical vacation :)

If you count every calorie or don’t like ice cream, you can cook something else 😊 Cooking meditation will work in this case too.
