Susan Brearley says her life has changed since adopting this habit in 2019. Okay, so 2019 wasn’t that long ago (and yet it seems like it was so long ago…) but she’s seen results, some almost immediately.

Susan decided she would read 200 books in one year. What changed?

MINDSET

Mindset is the first change to happen when taking on the challenge of consuming 200 books in a year. This is a conscious decision to change one's habits in order to make the time to read 200 books in 365 days. I don’t care how busy or not busy you are, that’s a lot of time.

Deciding to do this, or adding anything else that is new to a daily, weekly, or monthly routine, is exactly why we all should read more books: develop habits that are a good/better use of our time.

It doesn’t have to be 200 in a year, but why not give it a try? Even if you read one more book than you normally do or just one book, it’s a start in…
