Born Today: Isha Sharvani

Indian contemporary dancer and actor Isha Sharvani (1984-) was born into a dancing family and began her studies as a young teen, learning several classical Indian dances including Kathak, and aerial dance. She began appearing in films in 2005 and performed with her mother’s contemporary dance company, Daksha Sheth Dance Company, located in Kerala. Sharvani lives in Australia and owns a dance studio.
