This is probably the most underrated feature of Todoist. It’s super simple, and you get the option of either a URL to copy and paste, or a .CSV file for your personal records.

Here’s a quick example.

Step 1: Click on your project on the left-side menu to open it in the main window.

Step 2: In the upper-right corner, click the wrench/pencil icon to open the task actions menu

Step 3: Click “Export as a template (CSV)”

Step 4: Click “Export as shareable URL”

Step 5: Copy the URL

Step 6: Paste the URL to share :)
