Make a choice burger

So good, so many options.

We disagree often. Over the right temperature in the bedroom, over where to park the car in the supermarket, and over who makes the best burger.

A traditional approach versus an innovative take of the classic American recipe.

We are both so sure of our recipe being superior that we had to invite friends to help us choose the best burger.

🍔 Hazel’s Burger 🍔
For the pattie:

500 gms of grass-fed ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup of panko
1 tbsp of chopped parsley
1 tbsp of chopped onions
1 tsp of oregano
Salt and pepper

Toppings:

Buttered toasted potato buns
1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
1 tsp chopped pickles
1 tsp of mayo
1 fried egg (sunny side up)
“Papitas al hilo” (thinly sliced and fried potatoes)
1 tsp of ají (Peruvian spice)

🍔 Iñaki’s Burger 🍔
For the pattie:

500 gms of wagyu beef
1 egg
1/2 cup of crushed ritz crackers
Salt

Toppings:

Buttered toasted potato buns
Tomatoes
Avocado

🥘 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 👩‍🍳 👨‍🍳

Cook each side of the pattie depending on taste. For medium-rare, on a thicker pattie, cook for 7 minutes on each side at medium heat. For thinner patties cook for 5–6 minutes on each side. Increase one minute per side to reach your desired cooked preference.
