At TogetherCrew we believe in the power of collaboration — especially when it comes to community building. That’s why we are excited to announce the release of our latest feature, which allows you to broaden access to your community analytics dashboard. Rooted in the Web3 philosophy of transparency and collaboration, this feature arms your contributors with insights and metrics, empowering them to focus on what matters in building a stronger community. From core team members to ambassadors and stewards, many incredible individuals contribute their time and efforts to cultivating a vibrant community for your business. However, they are often operating in silos and with limited information on the community. Without a single shared truth, there are risks of misalignment amongst contributors, extended discussions and wasted effort. Added to it is the downside, that the contributors have limited visibility to the impact of their efforts, which can feel demotivating. Recognizing this challenge, TogetherCrew has introduced a new permission system that enables you to provide all contributors (or those you choose) with view access, and help them gain deeper insight into the community you’re building together.

So, how exactly does this feature work? We have introduced a new “view-only” access level, enabling community managers to grant viewing access to their community analytics dashboard. Community managers can provide this access based on Discord roles (e.g. ambassadors, stewards, etc) or to specific Discord handles.

With this view-only access,your community builders can now easily access the dashboard at any time and gain valuable insights into the community. The contributors can see how their efforts are producing an impact. Armed with this information, they can propose strategies and initiatives, and track progress and impact. As a result, community building moves from single-player to multi-player mode. It reduces the burden on community managers and mobilizes contributors to accelerate growth through their unique perspectives and positions within the community.
