Dr. Chung-Cheng, Lin graduated from East West Center Grantee, University of Hawaii, Doctor of Economic. Dr. Lin was a former member of the Financial Supervision and Management Committee of Taiwan and worked as a legislator in Taiwan. He is currently the consultant of the Taiwan Communication and Communications Industry Association and the Chief Consultant at the Eastern Media Group.
