The first week of work on the project was spent looking closer into what welfare actually is and what, specifically, we would like to work with.

We had a talk about what themes we would like to work with the most -where we saw the most potential for a long-term, viable solution. And we decided to delve deeper into the themes of behavioural welfare, welfare and agriculture, and welfare and urban living.

We then created mind maps for each of said themes.

Welfare and Agriculture
Welfare andUrban Living
We individually placed stars next to the sub-topics we found to be most interesting.

The next step was to understand what we all thought about different sub-topics. For this, we created an outline in a Google document, where we collectively discussed and formed connections between all the different topics. In the end, we evaluated what we found against the possibility of application: What contacts do we have in different fields, with whom do we conduct our user studies, and what is the overall feasibility of solving the problems that might occur?
