A huge amount of a token’s value comes from one thing: its liquidity. Without liquidity, a cryptocurrency is, unfortunately, what Jamie Dimon said: “air miles.”

Becoming listed on an exchange is a momentous occasion for a new token, and it is seen as an operational signal for crypto investors who are tracking many tokens at once, which they use while evaluating their function, press attention, trading momentum, etc.

For current users of the Token Clarity bot on Telegram, they already know how useful the “New ICO” announcements and keyword- or symbol-based queries are for making smart decisions with your cryptocurrency trading.

That is why I think they will be interested in this new feature of the bot, which our development team is in the process of rolling out to all users:

Here’s a sneak peek at our exchange listing alerts: Be the first to know when an exchange has listed or delisted a coin. In the example below, our bot was ~45 minutes faster than the token issuer themselves in announcing their token was available to trade on Bittrex.

Crypto veterans know how large an impact being listed on particular exchanges can have on a coin’s price trajectory; just look at what happened when Coinbase made support available for Bitcoin Cash earlier than was expected.

Next up: predict which tokens are on a path to liquidity by analyzing the listing and volume signals we’re pulling in from smaller exchanges like Etherdelta. Read more about upcoming features for the Token Clarity bot in this post from our VP of Technology.

If you’d like to receive these new alerts, as well as follow your top ICOs for any updates we track in our database or search for related tokens by keyword, you should join the Token Clarity beta on Telegram. It’s free, for now, while we test stuff like this.

Have any questions, ideas for a new feature, or ICO news items you’d like to discuss? You should also join the Token Report Telegram forum.
