SBI Sumishin Net Bank (SSNB) and Asahi Kasei Homes have launched a new financial service, “Hebel NEOBANK,” utilizing “NEOBANK®, a full-banking BaaS (Banking as a Service) provided by SBI Sumishin Net Bank, through Asahi Kasei Homes Financial.

Asahi Kasei Homes Financial, a subsidiary of Asahi Kasei Homes, began selling home loans as a bank agent with SBI Sumishin Net Bank as its affiliated bank in 2020, and has since provided home loans to many customers.

In the future, in order to further strengthen its contact with Asahi Kasei Homes Group customers, it will provide full-banking banking functions through “Hebel NEOBANK,” thereby providing services that are closer to customers, such as enabling customers to use a variety of banking services, including home loans.

“Hebel NEOBANK” is a banking service for HEBELIAN NET members, a website operated by Asahi Kasei Homes for customers who build or purchase a Hebel House or Hebel Maison. From opening an account to daily banking services such as deposits, transfers, and ATMs provided by Sumishin SBI Net Bank, all can be completed through a smartphone app.

  • App-based banking transactions: All transactions can be done through the app, including ATM deposits and withdrawals, balance inquiries, transfers, and cardless shopping with smartphone debit
  • Reasonable fees: Free ATM usage fees and transfer fees to other banks up to 5 times per month
  • Robust security: Robust security measures implemented to ensure peace of mind
  • Same-day account opening: If you have a driver’s license or My Number card, you can open an account via the app in as little as one day
