Crypto Garage, GREENING, and Decentier have reached a basic agreement on a business alliance. The 3 companies will plan and develop a platform for time-share real estate sales to create new lifestyles through the easy ownership/use of a wide variety of real estate. The ownership/use rights of the subject property will be converted to tokens as Real-World Assets (RWA), potentially improving liquidity and enhancing the property’s assets.

By leveraging the strengths of each company, the partners aim to create a web3 mass adoption in the RWA area. This timeshare real estate platform is the first step in this process.

Background

With the recent diversification of forms of real estate ownership, timeshare-style real estate has been gaining attention. This has led to a rapid growth in the use of shared real estate among consumers seeking new lifestyles.

Crypto Garage provides enterprise digital asset financial services and technology development services based on blockchain technology. Leveraging its technical capabilities and knowledge of the financial industry, Crypto Garage contributes to solving clients’ issues and building future economic systems.

GREENING is involved in various hotel management forms, including Numazu Club, which was awarded “1 MICHELIN Key” by the Michelin Hotel Guide, MUSTARD HOTEL and BIRD HOTEL. It also operates GARDEN HOUSE in Kamakura, Shinjuku, Daikanyama, and Yokohama and produces numerous commercial facilities.

Decentier drives new business development, mainly in the RWA area, with the mission of “creating a world where all things can be exchanged on the blockchain” and collaborates with various clients.

By combining the strengths of 3 companies, the business alliance drives the development of an innovative timeshare real estate platform and creates a service that delivers new value to people’s lifestyles.

Role of each company

By leveraging the strengths of each company, the business alliance aims to promote “web3” for further mass adoption in the RWA domain. This timeshare real estate platform is the first step in this process.
